We plan to live on the second floor, the first floor being utilities, office & guest oriented.
The roof deck is only accessible from inside our house.

The architect is Robert Schneider. He lives in Xcalak, Mexico, where he and his wife Margo own and manage an intimate, solar powered self sufficient boutique hotel called Sin Duda Villas. www.sindudavillas.com
