The lot is long & narrow, 80 feet wide at the beach almost 500 feet long and 90 feet at the road.
We propose to share the width of the driveway with neighbours Brent & Marilyn. The wall gives us a private area and the parking directs people through the collonade to the cabanas & beach.
Hopefully, the garage will have a second story suite for family guests.
